Bishop Demarcus M. Pierson is a Tyler, Texas native and the Founder and Lead Pastor of Reveal Church, a multicultural faith community committed to love, transformation, and discipleship. He serves alongside his wife, Minister Chia Pierson, and together they are raising their three sons Micah, Nicholas, and Karlin.
Known as a builder of people and communities, Bishop Pierson also founded Love Thy City of East Texas, a regional movement uniting churches and organizations to serve with compassion and purpose. Through outreach and service, Love Thy City has impacted thousands of lives in East Texas.
Consecrated as a bishop in 2025, he now leads Kingdom Harvest Christian Alliance, continuing a legacy of faith, unity, and Kingdom advancement. Above all, Bishop Pierson carries a heart for people and a passion to build what God gives vision for. He loves helping individuals discover purpose, experience belonging, and watching those around him be all God has called them to be.

Chia Pierson is the wife of DeMarcus Pierson and the proud mother of their three sons. Originally from Monroe, Louisiana, she relocated to Tyler, Texas in 2017.
A graduate of the University of Louisiana at Monroe and a former U.S. Army Lieutenant, Chia continues to serve bivocationally in senior-level Human Resources leadership at a local nonprofit organization.
In 2021, Chia accepted her call to ministry under the leadership of Bishop DeMarcus Pierson and was licensed as a Minister of the Gospel.
Chia has a deep love for Christian apologetics and is known for her unique ability to teach the Bible with both depth and clarity. Through her engaging personality and humor, she makes complex biblical truths accessible and meaningful for all audiences.
